What Does Plumbing Near Washington Cover?

We cover three counties. Tazewell is our home county, and Woodford and Peoria border it. The nearest towns, such as Morton, Germantown Hills and East Peoria, are a short drive from our Washington base, generally a quarter of an hour or less in normal traffic. These distances are estimates, not a service promise.

The next ring includes Peoria, Pekin and much of the greater Peoria area and the Tazewell and Woodford towns around it, typically a drive of fifteen to thirty minutes. Past that, towns like Bloomington, Normal, Canton and Lincoln are a long drive. Springfield, Galesburg and Streator are longer still, over an hour in good conditions.

How Do the Tiers Work?

The tiers below group towns by distance from our base. They reflect how far a drive is, not how much a job matters.

• Closest towns. Calls are routine. Phone us and we say when we can be there.
• Wider towns. We take these calls the same way, and timing depends on that day's schedule.
• Regional towns. A visit is possible, but you should call first. We will tell you plainly whether we can reach you that day or whether the job should wait for a planned trip.
• Long-distance towns. Call first, always. We do not promise emergency response here, and if another plumber is closer, we will tell you.

What Should You Do If Your Town Is Far?

Call before anything else. Tell us the address, what is happening and whether water is running. If you have an active leak or sewage, shut off the water and stop using fixtures, then phone.
